Dr. Biles was great! I had a massive tear of my rotator cuff with a high level of near constant pain and very little use of my arm. He recommended repair surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. 2 weeks after surgery and I have absolutely no resting pain and am working to get range of motion back. He and his staff listen to all my concerns and shoot straight with their answers. 5 stars
I had a cervical disc replaced back in September. I’m very happy with the level of attention and focus given to me before and after my surgery. The office staff, PAs, and Dr. Biles are all fantastic and professional.
My interaction with Dr Biles was fine. Interaction with the office staff was something entirely different. The level of rudeness, indifference, and disorganization was something I have never encountered in the medical profession. Was not treated well at all.
Did not feel like I was listened to. Also very long wait. Appt was at 11:30 and was still there at 1:30. Waited for doctor to come in for 40 minutes after being checked in by nurse! Very very unpleasant experience!!!!
