They will rush processing for a fee and is nicely vacuum sealed and boxed. However, very disappointed with only a handful of steaks and roasts. Mostly ground meat and processing notes say backstraps were shot, which was not true and received limited straps. Check your boxes before departing ( if from out of state )
Patty and Buzz are the best! We are always grateful for their kindness and excitement for our family when we bring animals in. Our girls love seeing Patty, and our oldest was SO excited to show her first kill to her! The meat is always processed, cut, and packaged well, and it tastes excellent! We are SO grateful for you Yellowstone Meats!!
