half-efforted job after initial clean up to win the business. doesn't show up randomly for multiple people. we signed up 3 friends houses with them for the summer and he was fired less than halfway through the year by 2 houses. have to chase him down when he decides to not show up multiple times over the season. sometimes went two weeks in between cuts. left stranded on fall cleanup. was told "i can't get there, there are too many leaves in all the houses". that's literally what a fall cleanup is.
