I sincerely hope the management and people who run this company read this but I doubt they will as they do not care about their customers. I want to emphasize the terrible service this company provides. I live in a community with several homes, and this company is responsible for maintaining our condominium landscaping. Unfortunately, the quality of service has been extremely poor. Our grass has gone uncut for weeks, with constant excuses — rain, fertilizer, or something else. And when they finally do cut the grass, the work is done terribly. This company has been servicing our community, Holly Mill, for nearly six months and it has been a disaster. When they mow, and I do mean when they mow, the yards are often scalped in some areas and untouched in others. They have missed several weeks in the first six months alone. At one point, grass was allowed to grow over eight inches tall. Some weeks the explanation was rain. Other weeks it was drought.
