I called to get a bid for a property in Bunnell FL. The promptly came out for estimate. It's been almost 2 weeks now and no estimate, email or phone calls. I called office two days ago to inquire, and they said I would get a call back that same day. Still no calls, emails. Very disappopinted. Hate to beg someone to give them our business. Very large weekly job, their loss!!
Do not let this company fool your HOA community if looking for a new Commercial Landscaping Company. In fact, our Lakewood Ranch Community hired this company in July, I have work orders submitted from 8 weeks ago that have went unanswered. The annual contract is higher than our prior company and this company is doing less work. In fact, they refuse to trim trees or bushes claiming it is not in the contract. Terrible company, they should work on all these bad reviews. Avoid at all cost. They do not complete the job they are paid for. Months, this has gone with out weed eating. Mowing is subpar, very fast a in a hurry to not finish and leave.
I live in Grand Reserve and we pay these guys so much money to maintain our development and they do a horrible job. How do you think it's OK to not do a good job. It is time to find someone else who appreciates our contract.
