I don't write reviews very often but I had to this time. The customer service at this shop is outstanding. We had a little mishap that required an estimate and insurance at the beginning of July. Jim, in the parts dept, did the estimate sent all the pictures to the insurance company and emailed us almost every day to keep us updated. Our trip to Sturgis was hanging in the balance but the parts are on the way and with any luck will have the bike back in plenty of time. Just want to thank Rickie in the Service department and the amazing Master Motorcycle Wizard that worked magic in getting my 03 Ultra Classic back on the road! I rolled in last Monday from Seattle with a major oil leak that reminded me of my 76 Shovel. They tracked the problem down and had me back on the road ahead of schedule and below the estimate. Thanks and I'll stop in next summer for a visit!
Want to give a shout out!!! A week ago my bike broke done while in Montana and Rick got my bike right in and we were treated great while we waited. Just want to say thank you, you are all amazing wish we had ya all in Nebraska.
I had an awesome experience when my bike had an electrical issue while traveling from AZ to Canada. Alex the service manager couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Dave the service tech solved the problem, explained it and only charged me for 1/2hr of shop time and this all took place at 5 o'clock on a Friday. So impressed.
Great people and amazing service. Love dealing with these guys!!
