I love Dr. Hawk! She has gotten me an appointment within 1 week of calling every time! The staff there is very friendly and I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else. They actually try to help you there.
I bring my whole family to Dr. Hawk and Matt Furber. Matt is great at getting my kids to do what I never could, taking care of their skin to get rid of their acne. Dr. Hawk is very thorough. I can't say enough. They were able to get us in within a couple days.
Dr. Hawk is great. Every time I need to see her they can get me in within 2 weeks of calling. I've gone to multiple dermatology offices in Billings & Yellowstone is the first place where I've felt like they actually care about me and my reasons for visiting. They take images every time I'm in so they can track progress, and don't just keep giving me topical after topical unlike all the other dermatology offices I've been to.. I got a second opinion with Dr Hawk and wish I wouldn't have. I was asking several questions about the procedures of removing basil cancer and explaining what happened at the last place and she told me she felt threatened by me lol? I said what? She wanted to cut 3 large incisions on my chest and back and I wouldn't say yes to it. I wanted to know all my options and as she was walking out the door she said maybe you should get Mohs procedure done?
