Horrible service. NEVER EVER do business with this company! Just because I was a woman I did not know anything, which turned out I knew more than they did. Treated very rudily and charged twice for a job that should have been done right the first time. Threatened to take them to small claims court, and then treated a little better. Again, DO NOT DO Business with this company

Very dishonest or should I say outright liars. We took our trailer in to have it checked for an LP leak. They told us that it wouldn't be over the minimum labor charge to check one more thing, but then billed us more for the extra time that they had said was included in the minimum inspection fee. We also had our water pump replaced because they said it wouldn't cost more than about $10 to install since they were already in there anyway. Billings RV sold me a toyhauler 2 months ago, they promised to fix a few cosmetic things at purchase, and ordered them. The owner cancelled my order with no reasonable explanation. I was told that cosmetic things don't matter (I bought new and it does matter) and that they would not service my warranty. They told me that they only deal with "good people" and that they "didn't want to work with our kind" (motorcycle enthusiasts...the kind of people that purchase toyhaulers). I had a similar experience, their customer service after the purchase is terrible. They were really nice when I was shopping, but the service after the fact was some of the worst I have ever had.
