I don’t usually write reviews, but 1888-Heat-Pumps deserves every bit of praise. From the moment they showed up with a bottle of wine to the smooth closeout, their customer service was next level. I got three quotes, and not only were they the most cost-effective, but they also installed the highest quality equipment. Can’t recommend them enough. Shoutout to Tenzin, Andrei, Drake, Austin, and Te—you guys have it dialed in. I’ll be sending everyone your way. PS: they’ve also got the dopest hats.

The company members are knowledgable, experienced (that's all they do - install heat pumps), accomodating, easy to get along with, and gracious. They were neat and efficient in the installation. I recommend them without hesitation.

Everyone at 1-888-Heat-Pumps exceeded my expectations from the initial quote to the final inspection. During the process I met all three owners and they were all excellent to work with. It’s clear from the care that the install team showed us and our home that the company puts training and effort into customer service.

Yellowjacket's team is terrific! The entire process, from initial visit through the final stages, was nothing less than excellent. Each and every person I interacted with was professional, extremely competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. My home is now warm & cozy, thanks to the mini splits, and I'm looking forward to using them to cool the house, too. Highly recommended!
