Update: Still on their mailing list, they are not competent enough to remove a disgruntled person from their marketing list, probably not smart enough to buy or sale anything. They comb probate records to contact grieving families about purchasing property. They also do not have any reading comprehension skills nor they communicate with each other in the office. I received an unsolicited text on June 23 addressed to my husband that has zero interest in my father’s estate. I was ugly in my response but it was pretty clear that I did not want to be contacted again. I get a piece of mail today, again, addressed to my husband. I would not do business with vultures because that is what they are!
