This place is simply amazing! My son is a resident there and it has literally saved him and saved our relationship. He has received the help that he needs. They have helped my son so much and I am forever grateful to YRBHC. The staff truly cares and they are amazing!
I had the privilege of completing a clinical experience here and was very impressed by the intentionality behind this facility. The nursing staff was so kind and knowledgeable. The residents felt comfortable coming to them for anything they needed and the therapists displayed clear empathy for each resident. I believe the staff has the residents best interest at heart and do what they can to prepare them for successful treatment and an even better future!
Do not send your child here plz.. it helped me get out of trouble with the court system but it is truly hell for a kid man I was 14 fighting in here daily watching all the kids around me struggle very few made it out fast n when they did they should t have been there in the first place!! 11 months and 28 days of my life spent in hell… I’m now 24 and I still think of the year I spent in this place I’m just thankful to have made it out ok.. This place is a joke don’t send your kids here. If I could rate this zero stars I would. But trust me this place is a JOKE. There were few staff that cared. Most staff were there for the money not for the residents mental health. They put forth a good show in admissions but the after math after the admission process was as I would describe it as traumatizing. When we met with Mr.H he made sure we understood everything and answered our questions to fullest extent. I felt a sense of relief after our conversation. We haven’t begun our journey yet but it is coming soon and we are ready for what this will bring and do for our family.
