The cable drums on our garage door were slipping and causing the steel wire to bunch up on one side. The technician arrived right on time, reset the tension drums, and re-spooled the cables perfectly back into place. he was rly knowledgeable and gave us some great advice on keeping the tracks clean from dust. 👍 Tnx for the excellent customer service and the very reasonable final repair bill!
Absolutely do not use this service. Charged 1680 to change out my 1 garage door springs and pulley. Started disassembling the pulley without me agreeing to fix it and replaced with his parts and I was forced to pay on the spot. Very aggressive in selling his service, almost scammer like. The invoice sent had different phone number, different business name. Very sketchy. DO NOT USE.
