We frequent bakeries on the Shore from Onancock to Onley to Exmore, and beyond the Bay...Yellow Duck is the best. The lemon cake, the rasberry filled cake, the eclairs, and any custom birthday cake you order. They are all made by a gifted baker. You will not be disappointed unless you are are South Beach dieter...and then, why would you venture to someplace called the "Yellow Duck Bakery!"
Lovely place with wonderful muffins and the best almond cookies ever! Also, a fabulous place for a Valentine's date.
We love the Yellow Duck - a hidden treasure on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Great muffins - whole grain options, baked just right, good coffee, great place to sit for a while and chat. Then, take home mroe goodies. We live in PA and spend a lot of time on ESVA and love the Yellow Duck. Wish we had one in PA!
