Terrible ! They keep putting in gross used appliances this is the second or third one absolutely disgusting and unacceptable
I have rented thru this amazing company for over 9 months. They were so welcoming when other company’s were not. They were extremely quick to respond and had all the background and verifications done in no time! If I have ever needed help or something fixed all I have to do is text or call and it’s done just like that. The office staff is extremely friendly, they work with you, they are compassionate, and treat their tenants like family…. They really care! Which you don’t see a lot of now days. Be weary of the fact that when it comes to moving out, if you do not stay on top of calling them to ask about your deposit they will not contact you. I ended up calling a month after I had moved out because they never called me about how much they were going to give me back of my deposit. Not to mention, you have to make sure they update the rent to cover the days up to your end of lease day if not they will charge you more than you are supposed to pay.
