Be weary of the fact that when it comes to moving out, if you do not stay on top of calling them to ask about your deposit they will not contact you. I ended up calling a month after I had moved out because they never called me about how much they were going to give me back of my deposit. Not to mention, you have to make sure they update the rent to cover the days up to your end of lease day if not they will charge you more than you are supposed to pay. This place does not call back. My household paid $200 in apps fees and of course I could get thru. Once the deadline passed we haven't heard back if we got the Townhouse. Going on 2 weeks and nothing from them. We're on limited time, cause landlord sold our home of 7yrs. I called 11 times.
DISSAPOINTED AT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND GREED! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
