After about a year of taking our dog Max to Yellow Dog, I’ve had enough. The vet techs are nice and the two female vets are good, but the head vet is awful. We brought our dog in because we suspected an ear infection. I left a message Monday morning and no one called me back. I called a second time on Tuesday afternoon. At the appointment the vet said “his ears are filthy. Clean them and put these drops in them.” (We clean our dog’s ears each week.) Took my 4 yo dog and my 7 week old puppy for immunizations and annual exams. This was my first visit with my dogs but second visit as they spayed my cat a couple of years ago. I’m so upset with their lack of professionalism. 1) I called last week and spoke to someone extensively about their shot packages for both dogs but did not indicate what I wanted (ie. 1yr or 3 yr rabies, whether they needed bordatella, etc.) Just made an appt for both for shots with no specifics. 2) I ... Dr. Stanley is very knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. He takes the time to talk and educate. Groomer Courtney Ramstack is just the best. She will make your pup look (and smell!) like a million dollars. I know when I leave my beloved pets with her that she is giving them the best possible care.

Our vet was out of town and we needed our Luna cared for. They got us in next morning and took care of Luna all day. Forever grateful!
My babies all go to Dr. Stanley and I have never been disappointed! This doctor is fantastic, does not over charge and gives it to you straight. I love the staff as well! Misty is such a doll she always greets me by name and my babies by name too. This place has been a lifesaver and I hope everyone with any fur babies issues or concerns takes them to yellow dog. We just took our 9 week old puppies in today! My first experience with puppies, and Dr. Stanley was amazing. Talked us through everything we needed to know, and got us and our puppies on our way with everything we needed in no time! Puppies are home and healthy! Very clean and beautiful facility, excited to have found a great place for our fur babies!
