Tanner is amazing!! My husband and I were looking to renovate an old family home. After doing some research online, we came across Yellow Dog Properties, LLC and decided to call since there were so many positive reviews. Once we set up a date and time to meet, Tanner did a walk through with us and answered any questions we had. He was also honest when it came to what needed to be done with the home and gave us recommendations. We highly recommend!!

We used Yellow Dog earlier this year. Tanner was amazing, a great professional and honest person. He is prompt, helpful, does not cut corner, keeps your interest, gives good recommendations. Will strongly recommend him..

A tree fell on our home and Yellowdog properties was referred to us. We are glad we chose to go with them. Tanner was a great help during this process. Covid slowed the process down but he communicated efficiently and let us know what was happening every step of the way. We decided to remodel our home while his company was fixing the damage from the tree. He took our multiple last minute changes in stride. These guys are the best!! I wanted to do much of the work myself and they were willing to handle the items I didn't feel comfortable handling. I received several quotes and they were the best value! The work as timely, neat and the jobsite was kept very clean! Tanner will be my go-to guy for all projects ahead!!
