Came in for the first time today after many friends raving about it. I must say our food was just wonderful. It was well worth the drive from daytona. But your server definitely needed some training in being polite and attentive. Had to ask multiple times for sweetener for our tea. Asked for the check and had my keys on the table. She stood over my mom while she looked at it and got her card saying you are obviously in a hurry I'll take it now, with an attitude after we had waited at least 15 minutes for the check. Stopped in on Saturday by chance. Absolutely loved it the staff were very nice, and the food tremendous, especially the special Brisket and Mac and cheese sandwich. If you visit New Smyrna Beach you have to go to Yellow Dog. Thanks to staff for their hospitality.

Everytime we come to NSB Yellow Dog is the one place we make sure to visit. The Hokey Pokey Ahi Tacos are amazing as are the Pork pulled nachos, the Holy Crap.......well, really anything we have tried has been an explosion of flavor and the food quality is always fantastic! The owner is present and does a little bit of everything from cleaning tables, serving food, and of course hanging with the customers. Environment is great, the food is very good nice twists in the menu and vegan friendly! I like the beer n wine selection too! I have been on several occasions and always feel welcome. The staff is friendly n knowledgable about what they serve!!
Amazing food! Great service! We had the Hokey Pokey Ahi Tacos and the Pulled Pork Nachos. We're saving the Brown Butter Brownie for later. We bought a bottle of Fish's Gold BBQ sauce to go - nice combo of sweet and spicy. Mmmm!
