I love chatting with Barbara H. as it always feels healing, and I leave our sessions feeling seen, lighter, and inspired. She's welcoming and eloquent and I couldn't recommend this trilingual queen more! She even spearheaded this "Umma: A Korean Mom's Kitchen Wisdom" event that I'm so excited about!
