John is an excellent driver and I use him all the time when I have extra customers in Elk Grove. His car is new and clean and most important, he is very kind. I highly recommmend his service
What a bunch of RUDE, Arrogant, & self-righteous a-holes working at this "establishment"! I was told on thew phone 5-10 minutes for my cab by a person who had NO GRASP on the English language, and who's accent was SO STRONG I had to ask him everything 3-4 times because I could not understand him. When I called back because my 5-10 minute cab STILL hadn't shown up after 25 minutes, I was NOT told how much longer it would before my cab arrived, but WAS told if I didn't like it I "could always call another cab company"!
