My understanding is that these people have gone out of business. This is what my friend, who is a long time consumer of their services, discovered. Not a big surprise to me, having seen them in action a number of times.
Installed a year ago, heat/AC working but when I called for my free spring service (included in install contract) I find they're out of business! Acquired by another company which does not have the best reviews. Extremely disappointed.
Where are you Yellow Bird?? You sold me a whole new system in October and when I go to turn on the air for the first time, guess what??? You wired the whole system wrong and it shorted out not only the relays and transformers, but the wiring and thermostat too!!!! I thought, no problem, I have the Yellow Bird service plan and plus one year warranty right? Guess what??? You went out of business in January and sold your phone number to The Air Conditioning Company. But not your service contracts!! Who is cleaning up your mess?... read more
I was using this company for a few years on an annual service contract with good results then they changed ownership or management and I had nothing but problems ever since. Screwed up multiple service calls & installations, did shoddy work, then didn’t take immediate accountability when called out on it. They had so much turnover they tried to blame someone else for their old employees’ bad work during my home remodel.
