Very poor customer service…I tried this product (white label), and liked it. I recently made a big order (white label), and received a mix match order items of each color label. For something like this it’s hard to contact this company the number on the website is not in service, I sent a email it stated someone will contact me within 48 hours it’s now been two weeks. I’ll use what I received but will not purchase anymore.

I met Yandi a few years ago at a women’s business event. I own a spa and wanted to try get products for myself. I bought the trial size and was not disappointed. I have problem skin but I’ve been using Yelle since. Great products for my skin type and super quick shipping every time.

I ordered Yelle products on October 2, 2025, for my son's birthday, which is on October 13th. The products arrived on October 4, 2025, in a beautifully wrapped box. ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Thank you, Yandy Smith, for such an expeditious order and a great skin menu to choose from, this is my second order.
