I went there and had a fairly good experience with the doctor, however Two things that have made me seek another doctor. First being, Her office tried charging me for adjustment missing an appointment. I never scheduled that appointment to begin with? Either way I was getting multiple reminders via text and email, way to many reminders for an appointment that I actually didn't even make, so I thought I'll do the right thing and just cancel so I called and no one answered, I left a kind message that I was not able to make the... read more
dr vanytraub is one of the most caring doctors i have ever met, and front desk was and still amazing ...
Not good. When you call her office, her front desk's phone screams with static making it near impossible to hear anything anyone says. After emailing the office and calling to correct an issue the doctor made, I was given attitude and did not receive a response. I would not recommend this practice, it is not professional. If you want to save yourself stress, headaches, wasted time, and countless mistakes, AVOID this place
She asks lots of questions, explains everything well, and is very helpful. Lab results are easily viewed through online portal, they set it up through email. I was able to view my appts, prescriptions, lab results, and even message Dr. Vayntrub. She was quick to send my prescriptions right away and personally spoke to me over the phone to discuss everything I needed to know. My experience with her has been very pleasant so far.
I am very upset at how upset my 25 year old son was after an appointment at this doctor. He is suffering with a rash that the urgent care thinks might be shingles but they weren't sure and I my son was thinking it was time to find a local doctor in Brooklyn anyway so he made an appointment here. He said everyone was rude there. He mentioned that they were vine watching divorce court in the office. What office watched TV while at work, especially what doctor's office? So upsetting.
