I have been going to Dr. Yekikian for around 10 years. He's an incredible dentist, and everyone in his office is highly skilled, attentive and kind, often going above and beyond to care for their patients. I'm a huge chicken, but my appointments are pain-free. I can't recommend him and his staff enough.
I did not enjoy my time going to this office I do not enjoy switching dentist because it is a process and I am always praying while in the chair. But my crown was poorly done. It looks more like a glob. It does not look natural. It has no real shape. So after months of praying. and research I went to another dentist to get my second crown done and it is so beautiful. This review is mainly about the person/secretary who works behind the front desk. Maybe Dr. Yekikian does not know he has a secretary who is dishonest. Not sure because I'm not going back there. I was referred to Dr. Yekikian's office by my former dentist after they no longer accepted my insurance. I had one checkup/cleaning in February. No issues there. Worst experience
So I'm assigned this dentist through Anthem Insurance and its by far one of the most annoying frustrating places to go to. First off the parking sucks its an incredibly busy medical building and they don't validate so have fun paying for parking. Second this is the only dentist in my life that has made me schedule an appointment for x-rays, and another appointment for a basic cleaning. I understand making me make another appointment for a cavity or procedure but I'm usually able to get cleaning x-rays done with any previous ... read more
