My mother was hospitalized for sepsis and kidney failure. She was assigned Drs Wassel and Kashtanova and was under their care for almost 6 weeks. Because she was in isolation and I could not visit the hospital, I made regular phone calls to check on her progress. I personally spoke with both doctors at least twice. Dr. Kashtanova took time to listen to my concerns and explain every procedure and medication. My mother is lucky to be under her care. Five Star Rating- Yes!!
Many doctors could take note of how Dr. Kashtanova treats a patient. Especially a very frightened patient. I felt so safe once she spoke to me, felt as if I had someone in my corner. I will be forever grateful that she was in the ER the day I went there.
This is a doctor who brilliantly combines great professionalism with sincere compassion. She is a beautiful person as well as an outstanding healer. She is definitely a keeper!
