Customer service is seriously lacking, very rude interaction on the phone, and tons of scheduling conflicts. Wasted my time multiple times and materials break easily.

My son 16yrs old had braces put on, he said it didn't hurt at all. It took 1hr and a half. Wish I could remember the assistant that did it!!
