I've been a patient of Dr. Yeh since 2009. Dr. George and Dr. James are both excellent and dedicated doctors. However, since I gave birth in 2019, I haven't been back for checkups. When I called the clinic a few months ago, my interaction with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. She sarcastically told me I was no longer a patient and that my medical records from all those years had been destroyed.
