He was good but I really didn’t understand him because of the accent. But I think what really got me is that I wanted to hear more results of tests that were done and he avoided them like there is something to hide .
Dr. Sheynkin and his assist Jean were professional, communicative throughout the entire process and put me at ease. The room was prepped for the procedure in advance, it was at a comfortable temperature and as inviting as possible. I appreciate their bedside manner and care from beginning to end.
