Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. My mother was hospitalized at Seton Williamson almost a year ago with bacterial meningitis and Dr. Tsui was the neurologist that followed her. At one point in my mother’s hospitalization she started declining neurologically after she had made improvements. At that point we request she be transferred to Seton Dell. Dr. Tsui had seen and assessed her leading up to the transfer and basically had nothing to say other than “she had a bad case of meningitis”.
