We were referred to this office from our general DDS. Upon calling to make an appointment the front desk staff was nothing but rude to us. They continued to comment to say they did not understand my mom. You are the first impression of this office. Please make some kind of effort as a customer facing position to be KIND, regardless of any accent. Definitely do NOT recommend this place.
Professional, always on time, direct, compassionate. Highly recommend.
