Never got the right piece of jewelry why are they allowed to scam people on Groupon
Sent me the wrong item then blocked me.
I ordered a chain from them through groupon. Worst customer service. I tried to send it back because it didn't't fit. They won't give me a return label to credit my refund. I keep getting the run around. They want me just to mail it without one. They're trying to finesse me to send it back without crediting me. I will not purchase from them again!!!!
