Dr. Marissa Topping is HORRIBLE! Very snobby, stuck up, unprofessional. Did not care at all about any of my questions. Only rolled her eyes at me the whole time. Where did they find her?? Are they that desperate?? Treated me like I was a waste of her time. Very rude person. If you get referred to this so called uncaring doctor go elsewhere or ask to be referred to a different one!! Don't waste your time. Oh sorry, Maybe her time doing nothing but rolling her eyes.

made me wait for an hour and a half. was very rude to me when i asked what the hold up was. sorry i have a job to get back to and didn’t think to have to take off the whole morning. not happy.

The receptionist who calls people for their appointment (I think her name is Bonnie) is SUPER RUDE!! she is insisting that they left a message on your phone and make it seems that your lying. I called and ask why they called and she wouldn't just tell me right away but instead she is insisting for me to listen to the voice mail that I never received. SUPER RUDE on how she approach people.

Had an appointment with Dr Duda booked 5 months in advance to only show up and be told by ignorant receptionists that it was rescheduled. Never received a phone call or email considering the century we live in. Instead they sent notifications via snail mail which I did not even receive. After letting them know I left family after the burial of an immediate family member and drove 4 hours to get to an appointment I already waited months for they shrugged their shoulders and didn't care.
