Put in a request through Angi. Mr. Bill called right away. He then had his tech call to set up a time to come out. Should have been by the next afternoon but ended up being a week later! So after an hour or more, he quoted me a $700 repair on a 3 yr. old system.....hmmmm! Things just didn't sound right but he was coming to do repairs the next day. Mr. Yearwood and his assistant were quick to respond to my call and were professional. I didn't want to pay overtime hours for the issue with our heater, but was told it was $85 for service call and estimate and they came at 5:30pm. They proceeded to explain it could be one of two issues after looking at it for a few minutes- board or flame sensor as the unit was short cycling. I had the best service by far they came out at 11:00 o'clock at night to fix my elderly father's air and they actually fixed his old unit instead of trying to sell me one and gave me a 1y warranty on the labor nobody I called would do that.so if u have been CON like me make WAY for Yearwood air
