Today, I participated in an on-site tour and evaluation of the Year Up program in Greater Atlanta. This program bridges the gap between corporations and untapped urban talent. The passion and drive for empowering urban young adults was prevalent throughout the organization. I am ecstatic about the training and development opportunities afforded to qualified young adults ages 18-24.
