On July 30, 2019, Year Round Maintenance came out to install 10 pallets of ****** grass. One and one half palettes were green and healthy the rest was brown and looked half-dead. Some of it has grown in after many waterings per day, but overall the quality of the sod was very poor. Communication was poor and service was poor. Year Round Lawn Maintenance, Inc just completed laying a paver patio for us; after removing a concrete patio. We are thrilled with the job. Only *** of the agreed cost requested and the rest of the agreed payment upon completion. Once the company started the job, the crew were here daily. The whole job was completed in less than the original stated timeline. And that included a set back when a problem arose with the original concrete patio.
