They did service for me in 10/23 and now I contacted them again cause one of my boilers stopped working around 6pm I was told a tech was going to call me back waited a couple of hours temperature was dropping really fast since out side was like 5 degrees called back was told that someone was going to call in the morning I waited then I get the call around 7am telling me they don’t service no one if they not under a contract with them since 2016 witch is a lie I end up contacting another company that came quick and took care ... read more

We just ended our business relationship with them after 4.5 years. They over filled our oil tanks TWICE during this time. The first time was bad, the second time was worse. The oil did some damage to our basement floor and the lingering smell is terrible. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their attitude was "oh well, better luck next time". This is not a company I am willing to give my hard earned dollars to any more. Good luck if you choose to work with them. I have had enough of not being treated as a valued customer.

Been a long time customer, and here's another example of why... Last night our A/C froze-up, during this current heat-wave. I put in an after hours call. My expectations were such that during a heat-wave, I would be in a long list of other customers with problems and it might realistically be a long wait. However, in less than 24 hours a technician arrived, checked-out the entire system and had it up and running! Thank you all for the continued outstanding customer service, and special thanks to Mike the technician!
