I have to rescind my earlier review. After ten months as a tenant, I discovered just how Yeager Properties treats its renters. Two months before my lease was to be renewed, I witnessed an alarming verbal attack on one of my neighbors. Since moving to Columbus, I looked for an apartment throughout the area both online and in person. I looked at literally dozens of properties and was disappointed time after time. The process became tedious with seeing the same version of the same type of apartments with small space and high rent – not to mention hidden fees. I lived in one of those for a year. I lived here almost 3 years and it was a nightmare. The upkeep of the apartments is almost nonexistent. The bushes were trimmed once the entire time I lived there. Vacant apartments were left unlocked and due to their negligence a fire occurred in one of the buildings which my roommates and I were planning to move into THAT WEEKEND. The entire building burnt down, and my elderly neighbor had water damage from the gallons of water that was sprayed into her attic since the fire had spread to her unit.
