also poor service i told her more had been done and to check the sq ft and she said she would, she walked thru lasted 5-10 mins and was out.my story sounds similar to the last person so i would def not use this company
Warning don't use this company. Gave me a horrible appraisal on my home way under valued it. The guy spent 5 mins in the house can't really get a good appraisal after 5 mins and had reappraised by 2 other companies that gave us away better value so his comments below are total BS.
Unfortunately these people thought their house was worth much more than the market was willing to pay. Unfortunately they feel the necessity to write a "bad" review due to their misunderstanding of the market. We have been in business almost 40 years and have long standing relationships with many banks both in Omaha and across the country.
