I can’t say enough good things about YE Trainings. I’ve always been intimidated by working out, and after having my two kids back to back, I felt like I had no choice but to do something for myself. Life savors! Ive been consistently on this journey to having the body ive always wanted and feeling the best i can but i couldnt do it without anna, yoav and the team.
