Shop cold no heat on. Some older lady tried to help me. She was as cold as the building. I left.
My mom ordered Gerber daisies for my birthday. The driver called to assure I was home verify the best time for delivery. He was very courteous and the flowers were beautiful
I live in Washington DC, always order flowers from them to place on my mom gravesite, they always assist me with my request...the staff is helpful and friendly.....
Extremely rude and unhelpful. I was attempting to have flowers delivered to a staff member from our school, but they refused to help me because I did not have a phone number. They even questioned the accuracy of the address provided, simply because he hadn't heard of it before.
Staff members aren't very friendly. They are very abrupt, and not helpful.
