Weirdest place with the kindest people. It definitely grows on you.
Centrally located to everything. Hotel is good for solo travellers just wanting a place to crash, shower an shit. The decor is cool an artsy, there's no elevator, no tvs in rooms but worth it to be in an out.
What can we say? Back home a few days ago, we are still trying to process the days we spent at the Carlton Arms Hotel. There would be so much to say. Pass the door, read an article on the wall about Jimi Hendrix, greet Ned the cat, walk the stairs up as you are bathed in colors, murals and music and step into the lobby. You'll meet amazing people. Dirty. Nasty. Creepy. Room had a door that connected to another room that you could hear everything they did. Community bathroom and shower were gross. Nothing felt clean. Room was painted with freaky art that created dark energy. Do not stay here.
