I ordered a keg last Tuesday to be picked up Sunday. I show up no keg. Thay tell me to come back Thursday. 9 days to get a keg. What a joke. They didn't even try to fix the problem or offer me anything else. Not going back.

Hi Michael, we do apologize for the inconvenience. We only have distributors that come in Monday - Wednesday. Depending on what time you called/what product you asked for, it could take longer than a week. They could have also been out of that particular product at the time. We do not carry kegs on hand because sometimes they sit for a while (no one likes old beer). So we try to not to use this practice. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and we do hope to regain your trust in the future.
