I purchased a 1.2 pound piece of salmon this morning. Cooked it myself. This is the most delicious salmon I’ve eaten since I caught Silver salmon in Alaska many years ago ! Much better than Costco. I also got a nice bison ribeye defrosting in the refrigerator now. I have high expectations ! 🦬🔥
Nice place, very friendly, but massively overpriced. Even for Moab.
