One of the best customer experiences I have ever had was recently experienced at the yd store in Elizabeth SA. The team member Neila at the store was excellent with her asssitance, patience and advice even though I was unsure as to how to purchase the product I was interested in. She arranged for the product to be shipped to this store from another store when it was out of stock and diligently communicated it with me when the product arrived. I was thoroughly impressed and very happy with the purchase.
