I went to YD today because my AC didn't work on my BMW, and they fixed the problem with no time I was in and out. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for their car. The staff is amazing, very good customer service. You can't find that nowadays. And thank you Matt for taking care of me today. I definitely will be back with my car.
My family has two cars, and we’ve been bringing both of them here for regular maintenance, seasonal tire changes, and even window tinting. The service team has always been professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. We’ve been very satisfied with the overall experience. One thing we especially appreciate is that this is one of the few shops where you don’t feel pressured or pushed into unnecessary services. It feels straightforward, honest, and reliable. Highly recommended.
Honestly really disappointed with this shop. They had our car (A WHITE LEXUS IS300 TURBOCHARGED)for about 6 months and I spent around $6k, and somehow it still came back with issues. The alignment feels off like it was never properly done or even checked. Also didn’t get everything back that was supposed to come with the car. The whole experience just felt messy.
