I contacted this company for a flood certificate. I spoke with Martha Alvarez who I believe is the owner. She was very personable and easy to talk to on the phone, but dragged on with the proposal for months and did not send it to me on time. When he did get to me, it was about twice as much as other proposals I have received. If you are looking for an incompetent firm to mismanage a simple surveying request, by all means use Y.C.E. I called two weeks ago for an easy boundary line marking and was told by Blanca Ortiz I needed to send a copy of my deed to Martha Alvarez. Martha would call me back to follow up to move forward. I sent the documents as requested but didn't get a call back, so I called again.
