They have had our 2020 Youth Polaris side by side for 2+ months. It was leaking oil when we picked it up after it’s first oil change (hadn’t even left with it on the trailer). YC kept the side by side to fix the problem. Every time we called to see if it was ready we were told the part wasn’t in yet. Tonight we took our jet ski to get winterized and asked about our side by side. They said it was on the battery charger. No one called to tell us it was fixed. 9/1/2020 This past Friday on our way up to our rural property we were in an accident. We are fine. The truck is fine. However, our empty 16’ dual axle trailer suffered grave damage. Our recently purchased new Kawasaki Mule, from YC Powersports, had reached its twenty (20) hour service milestone with its appointment already scheduled with YC Powersports’ Service Department.
