I am a nurse for a private individual. My client was scheduled to have an RFA done by Dr. Ybarra. She was originally scheduled for June 1. I received a call that the Dr. would not be available on that day, and we needed to reschedule, so I rescheduled for 3 weeks later on June 22. El Doctor Ybarra es buen Dr. Pero no contestan los teléfonos para comunicarse con ellos y es malo ya que van 2 veces que me cobran por no cancelar citas pero en realidad es por el personal que no contestan eso es poco profesional ya que ahora tengo que pagar por culpa de ellos al no contestar. Vivo en Del Rio y para mi es difícil ir hasta allá ahora para cancelar una cita es aun más difícil. Algún número más que tenga alguna persona que me puedan comentar aquí porfavor 🙏🏻 y gracias

Llegué con Releviimed desde hace dos meses con 2 problemas de dolor, mismos que se intensificaron bajo el "cuidado" de esta clinica. Primeramente, las medicinas que él recetó no llegaban a su destino en la farmacia, entre que se enviaron a otra farmacia y la aprobacion del seguro dure mas de 1 semana sin medicamentos para el dolor y ellos sin contestar el telefono lo cual termino costando en no menos de 6 visitas a urgencias (3 por crisis de migraña y 3 por la lumbalgia), resultando en altos costos por servicios de emergenci... read more

I recently was let go as a patient after having a horrible experience and being talked down to as a patient. I called the office to express her concerns and when they called back was told we were not a good fit. I was sent to get an MRI and could not get one done due to me having a pacemaker and they insisted it could be done. I tried time and time again and no one would do it.
