For the record, the doctor (Ybarra) was fine. The office staff, however, were bad. When they were actually sitting at the front desk, they had a nonchalant manner and weren’t interested in providing timely service to patients. The last straw was when the doctor gave me (usually, the patient has to pay for this) the paperwork for a disabled parking placard but forgot to give me the prescription for it.
