We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.
this company does not follow through on a thing he says he will do! Stay away from this company! Absolutely horrible!
These people charged me \$245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another \$150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for \$81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!
Don t try calling the store I tried calling several times and was placed on terminal wait and never had my question answered. Finally I called back again and was ultimately hung up on. Probably inadvertantly, but still frustrating as hell after sitting on hold for so long. Only wanted to know if they had my air filter in stock.

Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! I spoke with sarly, and he was very helpful. He told me what he thought the problem was over the phone, and suggested a fix. He told me to try that first, and if there was still a problem that he would come and give me an estimate. WOW when a business tell you an easy fix, instead of trying to get the job any ways, this is one company I would defiantly call again!! Thanks chay
