I don't get sick a lot, so Dr. Yazji's office would work with me and see me as a walk in. I don't know when their policy changed but everything changed to appointment only. I arrived at 7AM and was told to wait for 8AM to see if everyone shows up since they don't take walk-ins. I was extremely frustrated due to having strep, I ended up leaving. Horrible! Do not go here, they don’t respect your time, they don’t respect the elderly, they are so unprofessional and don’t honor appointment times. They do not know anything about insurance. Horrible!! Just horrible!! There’s HUGE lines just to sign in or see a clerk that will only ignore you and give you a few seconds of their time. They are not helpful at all!! They DO NOT care if you have an appointment. They make you wait for hours to be seen, and they also give away your appointment but in reality they just don’t have... read more
Went for blood work as scheduled by PA. Signed in at 7:50am at the Registration Station. 35 minutes later was called to verify my i.d. and insurance which they have since I was there Friday 2 days prior. The lady said it must be verified every time you come in , I asked why not verify it when signing up instead of 30 minutes later. I was finally called to draw the blood about 25 minutes later. Got to office @ 9:15, Sat, 12 people waiting in line to register...1, ONE person @ front desk registering, making appts, seeing people leaving & setting up their follow up appts... WAIT ITIME JUST TO REGISTER IS WAY TOO LONG TO STAND IN LINE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE IN PAIN!!!!
