The doctors and nurses are AMAZING! The nurses are so quick and efficient with vitals and blood work. Dr. Warman is very attentive to any questions I have. It’s hard to find a doctor who really listens to you. I’m giving a three star, due to the fact the front desk woman is very rude. She is not approachable. She is always very rude when you check in. 2nd Update it’s October 2025 and we both still see Dr. Joudeh. (It’s been almost 14 years!) His expertise, how he talks to patients & will explain why he’s making certain changes or giving options & his knowledge of medicine and other options will keep me here! All of his staff members are very helpful and have amazing energy! The office is very communicative & you can reach out via their portal with questions or concerns. I’ve been seeing Dr. Joudeh For A While Now. The Doctor Is Always Kind And Helpful With Our Plans And Ms. June Also Always Greets Me With A Smile She’s Really Nice As Well. All The Staff Here Are Great With Great Energy. I Love My Care At This Office And I Definitely Recommend. The Customer Service Here Is Phenomenal.
Dr Joudeh is the best doctor I have ever seen. He listens to your concerns and makes sure you are taken care of. I have never had to wait for an appointment and he is efficient and patient.
One of the worst clinics in the southwest suburbs. Don’t even bother. His front desk staff have worst customer services skills and especially the black lady that answers the phone and hijabi women who check patients in. The WORST of the WORST
